Size guide

How to find your ring and bracelet size at home. If you are between sizes, an adviser will help you choose.

Ring size

  1. Measure a ring you own

Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits the finger you want, in millimetres, and find it in the table.

  2. Or measure your finger

Wrap a strip of paper around the base of the finger, mark where it meets, and measure the length in millimetres. That is the circumference.

  3. Measure at the end of the day

Fingers are largest in the evening and when warm. If your knuckle is wider than the base of the finger, measure both and choose a size between them.

Bracelet size

  1. Chain and tennis bracelets

Measure around the wrist bone with a soft tape or a strip of paper. Add about 1.5 cm for a close fit, or 2 cm for a looser one.

  2. Bangles

Bring your thumb and little finger together and measure around the widest part of the hand, over the knuckles. A bangle has to pass over this.

Indian bangle sizes give the inside diameter in sixteenths of an inch: 2.4 is 2 and 4⁄16 inches.
